BLINK ;)
Poor Mazey just isn't very photographic. We like to say she has MaMa eyes (blinks in every picture). It's funny to think that a dog is like this but Mazey Lou is .

Well, after a very LONG time, a lot of saving, searching, waiting, and stipulations (how much she had to pay, when she could get her...) that kept changing, Meredith finally got the dog she longed for... A Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Mazey.
Although it is tough to admit from both Kirk and myself, she is a pretty good dog. She is so calm and very affectionate. She is a total cuddle bug and everything the books say about them is true. They don't bark much, food oriented, lap dogs, laid back... they say that they are the only small breed that has the characteristics of a large breed. I don't know about that but I would recommend one to any one out there looking. They do LOVE attention and need a lot though. It didn't take Mazey long to learn that if she didn't want to sleep in her cage at night. She has been sleeping with Mere since she was about 10 weeks. Her favorite spot is above her head on her pillow or if she is cold under the covers by her feet. She is simply a sweetheart.
